Making global supply chain data accessible to all
Open Supply Hub uses open data to map global supply chains, impacting issues like greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation, and modern slavery. I led a UX team that made supply chain data more accessible to users around the world, and easier for people to contribute data of their own.
Uncovering new opportunities for early literacy development
Springboard Collaborative reduces the literacy gap through programs and services that foster family engagement with schools. To help them find new approaches for Pre-K, I led a qualitative research study to frame potential design solutions based on the input of Pre-K families and educators.
Centering equity in a community design process
The team at the United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County wanted more tools for centering equity in their community-based work. I was part of a team at GRID Impact who designed and facilitated a hands-on workshop series and equity-centered design toolkit.
